Finding a transaction
Open the account and search by payee or note. Filter to money in or out, one category, or jump back to a month.
Searching
In an account
- Open the account from Accounts.
- Type in Search payee or memo. The list changes as you type.
Narrowing the list
The buttons under the search show All, Uncleared, Scheduled (dated in the future), Inflow or Outflow. All envelopes picks one category. Jump to month shows the list as it stood at the end of a month, balances included.
They work together. For example: Outflow, Groceries, up to June.
The list shows 100 transactions at a time. At the bottom, press Load more for older ones.
From the budget
On the budget, open a category to see this month's transactions in it. Tap one to open its account, showing only that category.

- What the balances on an account meanCleared is what your bank shows. Working balance also counts what you entered that the bank has not shown yet. Not yet due is the part dated in the future.
- Adding a spend or incomeRecord each spend with the category it comes out of. Income with no category goes to Left to assign; money coming back to a category is a refund.
- Undoing a mistakeDeleted a transaction? Press Undo on the message that appears. Changes to what you assigned, and statement imports, can be taken back too.
