Filling every target in one go
Press Fund the targets on the Budget screen. Ahead shows where the money would go, and nothing moves until you press Assign.
Filling them
On the Budget screen
- Press Fund the targets. On a phone it is in the ⋯ menu at the top.
- Check the list of categories and amounts. Untick any you want to leave out this month.
- Press Assign ₹….
Nothing moves until you press Assign. Before you do, it shows your money left to assign now, what is being assigned, and what will be left after.
To fill only one group, such as Bills, press the tick next to the group's name.
When there is not enough
If your money left to assign does not cover every target, Ahead fills them from the top of the Budget down, one category at a time, and says which ones it could not fill. To make sure something is filled first, move it higher up the Budget.
Taking it back
Press the history icon next to Left to assign to see Recent assignments, and press Undo on the one you want to take back. You can undo it until one of its categories is changed again, or the month ends.
